Nothing is sold on this website
This page would normally give you a return window and a refund procedure. It does not, and the reason is not evasion. It is that no sale is ever concluded on this website, so there is no online purchase to return and no online payment to refund.
There is no price on this site, no payment page, no card form and no payment gateway. You cannot buy anything here even if you want to. What this site does is show you a catalogue and let you ask us for a price.
That also means the cooling-off right that applies to goods bought online does not arise from anything you do here, because you have not bought anything here. If you later buy from us, you buy against a quotation, and the rules that apply are the ones on that quotation and the ones the Consumer Protection Act gives you.
How goods are actually supplied
The sequence is this. You send us a quote request from the website. We price it by hand and send you a quotation. If you accept it and we confirm, that is the contract, and the quotation and the confirmation are the documents that govern it.
Everything this page would normally cover lives on those documents: what may be returned, in what condition, by when, who pays the carriage, and what happens to a deposit. They are written per job because they have to be. Returning 24 unbranded notebooks is not the same problem as returning 500 jackets with a company logo stitched into them.
Branded goods are a different question
This is a general fact about branded stock rather than a policy of ours, and it is worth knowing before you order. Once your logo is on a product, that product cannot go back to the wholesaler and cannot be sold to anybody else. It has been made specifically for you.
That is why branding jobs are normally confirmed carefully before anything is decorated, and why the specification, the artwork and the quantity are agreed in writing first.
What that means for a particular order is agreed with that order. Toti Media House takes returns case by case rather than by a blanket rule, and that is a deliberate position rather than a gap: the right answer for two dozen unbranded notebooks and the right answer for five hundred jackets with a logo stitched into them are not the same answer, and a single policy covering both would have to be written to the harshest case.
The position for your job is set out on your quotation. If it matters to you, and on a branded order it usually should, ask before you confirm rather than after.
If something is wrong with an order
Tell us, quickly, and in writing so there is a record. Say what was quoted, what arrived, and what is wrong with it. A photograph helps more than a description does.
Email nk@mediatoti.co.za and quote the reference from your quotation, or from the confirmation email the website sent you when you submitted the request. That reference is how we find the job.
Nothing on this page removes any right the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 gives you when goods are faulty, unsafe, or not what was agreed. Those rights exist whatever a quotation says.
Refunds
This website has never held money of yours, so it cannot return any. No payment method is stored here and no card detail is ever entered here.
If a refund is due on an order, it is dealt with directly, by the same route the payment came in, under the terms of the quotation for that order.
Cancelling a quote request
A quote request commits you to nothing, so there is nothing to cancel. If you no longer want the quote, or you would rather we did not keep your details, say so and we will act on it. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to a quote request when you ask us to delete it.
